Micromax has revealed it had received as many as 4,081 pre-orders for the Canvas 4 in the first seven hours yesterday. Micromax has silently launched the Micromax A92 the lite’r version of canvas. The Micromax Canvas Lite A92 comes with a 5 inch screen and is powered by a dual core processor. It is priced at Rs. 8,499.

An Israeli technology company has developed a method where old or outdated phones can run apps available only on smartphones.
The system developed by the VascoDe company allows users to obtain apps with the firm's cloud-based system that requires no downloads and uses the text-based Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), similar to the Short Message Service (SMS), Xinhua reported.
Customers will be able to use many apps available until now for smartphone users only.

Nokia Asha 501 features a new swipe-based user interface, bringing back memories of the MeeGo running N9. The Asha 501 brings the Lumia design language with flowing curves and a range of bright colors. Samsung has already announced its Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, TechTastic has leaked images of a version of the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 which has a dual-tone finish. The images suggest the tablet will have a white home button, a white band, while the rest of the casing will remain black.

Apple officially announces iPad trade-in offer
Apple today announced a trade-in promotion offer that would give a minimum Rs 4,000 off if users trade-in their old tablets or notebook computer. Karbonn to launch Titanium S6 with Snapdragon processor in July
Karbonn cashing on the success of the Titanium series of phones, Karbonn Mobiles is reportedly working on the next model in the series and will name it as the Titanium S6. A report by NDTV Gadgets suggests that the smartphone will flaunt a full-HD display offering 1080p resolution and might be introduced in the second week of July.
Apple Next iPad Leaked
Apple is expected to launch the next iPad sometime later this year, but it seems that photos of prototypes are already leaking. Photos have surfaced on chinese social network Sina Weibo suggesting that the next iPad will have a design similar to the iPad mini. This means it will also be thinner and will have a slimmer bezel. This was first spotted by PhoneArena. Notably, the rear camera placement seems different from the iPad mini.
